My Story
I used to be that girl who was always on a diet.
I was running around at a million miles per hour, working way too much and feeling completely disconnected. I was highly stressed, constantly criticizing my body, at constant war with myself.
After experiencing a series of panic attacks, I came to the realization that enough was enough.
I needed a big change.
I wanted to re-connect with myself, love myself and feel happy from the inside out.
It took some time, but eventually I managed to climb out of the negative spiral I was in and create a life that I actually wanted!

I learned to fall in love with myself, to look after myself and how to feed and nourish my mind, my body and my spirit through delicious healthy food, meditation and various forms of movement.

Through my wellbeing journey I learnt the following:

What is healthy for one person, is not necessarily healthy for another.
The body has an innate wisdom, beyond any book or authority.
Nourishment is about much more than just food.

For change to occur, you must have the right support, system and accountability.​
I began working with my body instead of against it. I realized that the key to total wellbeing is to find a balanced lifestyle and to create healthy habits unique to your body, rather than implementing harsh restrictions. I now love, embrace, and appreciate the body and the health I have, and wake up each morning feeling grateful and intrinsically happy.

The reason I decided to become a wellbeing coach is because I want to help, guide and support others to transform their lives & to truly feel amazing from the inside out.
To become the best and most vibrant version of themselves! I want to inspire people and show them that you really can have whatever it is that you want in your life, you just have to be willing to ‘show up for yourself’ and recognize that the only person holding you back from being the best version of yourself if in fact… you!

As a wellbeing coach, I will help stretch you to achieve your goals and encourage you whenever you’re feeling stuck. I am here to make it easy for you to follow through on your wellness mission and to build healthy sustainable habits. Together, through non-judgmental support and accountability, we will create the right practices and systems so you can take back control of your health, mind, body, and life.

I currently live in Madrid, Spain - but will always call Sydney, Australia home.

I offer worldwide virtual coaching via phone, Skype, or FaceTime.
